Nationwide Crime Scene Cleanup

Many crime scene cleanup companies offer their services on a nationwide level.  Although some are legitimate, many are not.  It has come to my attention that many “nationwide” companies are outsourcing the cleanup, remediation and restoration work to companies who are unqualified, unprofessional and dishonest.  Many distressed family members and friends of deceased loved ones have been traumatized by the grossly inadequate level of service they have received from these companies.

Bio-Trauma 911, Inc. services the entire Midwestern United States.  Although many of the smaller jobs we recieve from clients in neighboring states are less than profitable, we would rather do the work ourselves so we know it will be done correctly.  We do offer a nationwide service, through the help of a select few companies that we feel comfortable in referring work to.  When a client outside of our service area contacts our 24-hour dispatch center, he or she is immediately referred to one of our affiliate companies.  Bio-Trauma 911, Inc. typically follows up with the client after the work is completed to ensure the service they received met or exeeced their expectations.

Bio-Trauma 911, Inc. spends thousands of dollars each month on internet and print advertising to reach families in need throughout the United States.  Even though we seldom see a dime in return for our investment, our staff sleeps well at night knowing that we referred a family member in need to a reputable crime scene cleanup company.  This is our way of giving back to the community.  And, its our way of helping to keep families away from companies that will only serve to inflict additional emotional suffering.
